Stephanie Keinath

Stephanie Keinath is the Director of Public Policy & Economic Development for the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce. Stephanie has been part of the Dayton Area Chamber team since 2007. A registered lobbyist with the State of Ohio, Stephanie directs the chamber’s advocacy work, grassroots policy initiatives, public policy programming, workforce development programming and economic development outreach.

Stephanie’s focus areas include energy and environmental policy, international trade issues, education & workforce development and small business support. Stephanie also manages the Executive Women’s Leadership Council as well as the chamber’s green business initiatives, international travel program and annual legislative priorities and events.

Stephanie was the recipient of the BBB Women in Business Networking “25 Women to Watch” Award in 2017. She was chosen as a Dayton Business Journal’s ‘Forty Under 40’ Award Winner in 2011 and was selected as a ‘Business Leads’ Fellow for the U.S. Chamber’s Institute for a Competitive Workforce in 2010 and 2011. Stephanie is a 2013 graduate of Leadership Dayton. She is actively involved in the community, serving on the Welcome Dayton Committee and the Board of Governors for the Dayton Visual Arts Center (DVAC).

Stephanie holds a certificate in non-profit and community leadership from the University of Dayton and is a graduate of the 2017 Conscious Feminine Leadership Academy through Women Writing for (a) Change, Cincinnati. Stephanie earned her BA in International Studies from Wright State University and her Master’s of Public Administration from the University of Dayton.
