Get and Stay Involved

Providing opportunity and growth for our local early professionals is a community issue that requires diverse people, talent, and innovation from our community. It is the responsibility of us all to grow, inspire, & retain talent in our region. Our program provides opportunity for many levels of involvement for early professionals and other local leaders. Our hope is to engage leaders in a multitude of ways to advance the program long term.

Here are some ways to get and stay involved:

• Apply and participate in the Gen D Ignite program.
• Connect with additional early professionals through the Generation Dayton quarterly events.
• Serve on the Generation Dayton Steering Committee to have a direct hand in program development.
• Reach out to be a facilitator.
• Connect facilitators and opportunities to the program.
• Have your organization or business sponsor the program.
• Provide your talent for mentorship opportunities with program participants.
• Connect early professionals at your business or organization to the program.
