Empower, a 10-month cohort, blends professional business coaching with innovative curriculum and problem solving, designed exclusively for mid- to upper-level management women business leaders. It guides participants as they identify their own leadership strengths, values and goals, while empowering them to eliminate barriers to advancement.

The Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to partner with the world class leadership & training development center, Aileron, to offer the Empower program to the Dayton business community. This unique partnership will provide Empower participants with in-depth leadership workshops combined with engaging day-sessions, business coaching, and an extensive network of training support.

Empower aims to:

  • Identify individual leadership strengths, values and goals
  • Eliminate barriers to advancement
  • Encourage authentic self-reflection
  • Develop a personal brand
  • Build a support system through peer-cohort and hands-on business coaching through a partnership with Aileron
  • Change the culture within organizations
  • Connect dynamic peer leaders

This applicant is someone who has been identified as a candidate for future growth opportunities or has the personal desire to take their leadership to the next level.
