Chris has built his career around people. His professional experience spans human resources, workforce development, account management, hospitality and business development, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges organizations face when it comes to their people, customers and growth.

Regardless of the role, one thing has remained consistent throughout his career: a passion for getting to know people, understanding what matters to them and helping connect them with the right resources and opportunities. And as a HRCI-certified HR professional, Chris also brings experience in employee engagement, training, client relationships and organizational culture.

Chris is actively involved in the Beavercreek community through the Rotary Club of Beavercreek, where he has served in leadership roles focused on member engagement and community service. Outside of work, Chris enjoys photography, coaching youth sports and spending time with his family.
