Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce Announces 2026 Gen D Ignite Cohort

DAYTON, Ohio – May 22, 2026 – The Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce has named the 2026 cohort for the Gen D Ignite leadership program. Gen D Ignite is a seven-month leadership development program designed for early career professionals in the Dayton region who are looking to accelerate their growth both personally and professionally. 

Through immersive full-day sessions, Gen D Ignite aims to:

  • Provide in-depth leadership development
  • Connect participants with established local business leaders & mentors
  • Help participants develop an authentic personal brand
  • Build a support system through peer cohort
  • Include an immersive community engagement experience
  • Assist participants in identifying individual strengths, values and professional goals

In partnership with the program sponsor, AES Ohio, the cohort began its experience May 21-22, with a retreat hosted at the Mills Park Hotel in Yellow Springs.
