The What

The Talent Academy is a leadership and workforce training initiative offered by the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce. The Talent Academy enables chambers to deliver practical, employer-relevant training for local businesses and professionals, beginning with essential communication skills that strengthen teamwork, productivity, and professionalism.

Designed for today’s workplace, the Talent Academy helps individuals and organizations build human-centered capabilities that support growth, performance, and long-term success in a rapidly changing economy. The Dayton area Talent Academy is part of a national program led by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) and powered by Pravi.

The Why
