Empower Alumnae Series

The Empower Alumnae Series allows graduates to continue developing their leadership strengths and values in a supportive space. Comprised of half-day sessions at Aileron, this series invites program alumnae to network across cohorts, participate in large group workshopping, and take part in self-reflection activities.
