Eric Gee

Eric C. Gee is the Financial Advisor for the Dayton Region Minority Business Assistance Center (MBAC) hosted by the Dayton Chamber of Commerce. He brings nearly 30 years of expertise in managing complex, multi-million dollar fiscal operations for private and nonprofit sectors.

In his role, Eric is responsible for providing direct, in-depth financial counseling and consulting to MBAC clients to determine their needs and capabilities, conducting business research, assisting in preparing financial information and identifying suggestions for courses of action, and connecting them with state, local and other community resources.

He leverages his management skills and understanding of business principles, financial forecasting, and executive leadership to support minority, women, veteran-friendly, socially and economically disadvantaged businesses in achieving their financial goals.

Eric’s career in commercial banking, as the assistant comptroller for Kettering Health Network, and as a previous business owner and finance manager of a multi-million dollar family business, make him an asset to our region’s business owners looking for support.

Eric studied Chemistry with a minor in Mathematics at the University of Louisville. He is a native Daytonian and enjoys mentoring youth and young adults.
