After extensive feedback from our members, our legislative committee and volunteer leadership; the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce will remain neutral on State Issue 2 (recreational marijuana legalization), which will appear on the November 7, 2023 ballot. We have a number of employers with varying impacts, engagement and business operations pertaining to this issue.
We encourage all business owners and leaders to vote for what is best for YOUR business. The Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce is committed to working with the with the State of Ohio to ensure that workplace safety is paramount and employer protections remain in place.
