USA Mortgage finds a home in Dayton

CENTERVILLE, Ohio – USA Mortgage has opened its first Ohio location, offering mortgage and refinancing services to the Dayton area.

USA Mortgage makes the move to this Centerville location, at 7601 Paragon Road. Leading the 20-person office are Christopher Rines and Ryan Schrempp, both 19-year veterans of the home lending industry. Additionally, Ryan’s wife, Candy, is operations manager for the office.

USA Mortgage is a division of DAS Acquisition Company, LLC based out of St. Louis, Missouri. In St. Louis, USA Mortgage has topped the $1 billion mark in home loan volume annually since 2009 and been credited as Missouri’s largest home lender since 2014. Under the leadership of founder Doug Schukar, president and chief executive officer, DAS continues to expand across the U.S. Ohio becomes the 21st state in which it is licensed.
