Natasha Sandella
Business Advisor - Dayton Region Minority Business Assistance Center
Natasha Sandella is the Business Advisor for the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, MBAC. In this role, she will be working with the Chamber’s efforts for regional advocacy for diverse and inclusive businesses with the primary goal of cultivating their growth and sustainability. Natasha holds an MBA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Wright State University where she studied Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and New Venture Creation. She also has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree with a Business Minor from WSU.
She served as the President of the Entrepreneurship Club at WSU, which helped get her start at the ONEIL Center as the Student Director of Strategic Initiatives and Entrepreneurship. She later became a Business Manager for the ONEIL Center, where she was able to connect more with Dayton’s business ecosystem. Later, Natasha worked at SOCHE (Strategic Ohio Council for Higher Education) as a Business Planning Manager focusing on Marketing and Business Relationships. Natasha also serves as a Board Member for the Wright State University Foundation as a Grad Representative from the MBA Program.
