Chuck Edmonson

Chuck Edmonson leads the chamber’s marketing and member engagement efforts to make it easier for the Dayton region’s business community to thrive and succeed. With over 25 years of experience in strategic marketing across various industries, including financial services, technology, and non-profits, Chuck is committed to enhancing the chamber’s brand presence and value proposition for its diverse membership base. In his role, Chuck oversees the chamber’s marketing strategy, focusing on digital transformation, member acquisition, and retention, as well as optimizing member experiences and growth through innovative marketing campaigns, data-driven insights, and maximizing business growth strategies.

Chuck has held previous senior marketing roles at the Lubrizol Corporation, the Air Force Museum Foundation, Synchrony, and Fifth Third Bank, where he consistently drove growth and engagement through a combination of strategic planning, digital innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Chuck holds an MBA in Information Technology from the University of Dayton, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Wright State University, and was chosen as a Dayton Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” Award winner in 2010. He previously served on the Advisory Board for the Wright State University Emerging Marketing Leaders Program, the Board of Directors for Hannah’s Treasure Chest, and the Board of Directors of The Human Race Theatre Company.

Parents of six, Chuck and his wife Julie reside in Springboro.
