Nicki Royce

Nicki Royce is the Manager of Leadership Programming, overseeing programs that are influential in building leaders who are connected and invested in the Dayton region.

Nicki manages Generation Dayton, Dayton’s premier young professionals program. This active group holds regular networking events, professional and personal development workshops, civic engagement, and community service opportunities for its members, routinely at popular hot spots around Dayton.

Nicki also manages our legacy leadership program, Leadership Dayton. Established in 1976, this competitive cohort model program is designed to identify, educate and motivate a network of community leaders and increase their capacity to serve the Dayton region. Through the duration of this program, participants gain an inside look at the important pillars of our region that will inspire positive change. Through the experience, participants also build a strong professional network with their class peers that can last lifetimes. Nicki also works with the Leadership Dayton Alumni Association, which works to keep Leadership Dayton graduates connected, and for the support and strength of the ongoing program.

Nicki earned her BA in Political Science from Wright State University. She has a strong background in leadership, volunteer management, program management, community building, and entrepreneurship. She loves watching the bonds and personal growth take place among the groups she works with. She has had the honor of experiencing this throughout her career.
