The Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce knows retaining young talent is a primary goal for business leaders, regardless of their business size or industry. Generation Dayton is designed to engage young professionals, helping them create a network of peers and introducing them to new facets of the Dayton region. Engagement in Generation Dayton increases a young professional’s commitment to the region and to expanding their skills as a professional.

The best way to get the young professionals in your workplace involved is by encouraging them to attend an event. Generation Dayton 101 is a great way to get a taste of what Generation Dayton has to offer. Held periodically throughout the year, Generation Dayton 101 gives a brief overview of the program and offers a chance for interested professionals to ask questions and get to know chamber staff and other Generation Dayton members.  Need more information?
