Healthy employees result in productive employees

Do your employees tend to hit the vending machine for a “pick me up” snack when they get tired in the afternoon? There is in fact a close relationship between not sleeping well and eating poorly. And one-third of adults report not getting the recommended amount of sleep on a regular basis, which can lead to mistakes at work, loss of interest, and lower productivity.

March is National Nutrition Month and National Sleep Awareness Month – and a great opportunity to help your employees eat and sleep healthier and be more productive at work.
