Ohio BWC Rebate Program

A partnership between the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and the Dayton/Miami Valley Safety Council allows the chamber to offer its participating members the opportunity to receive a 2% rebate back based on their annual BWC premiums. Attending monthly workplace safety education and training meetings and an annual safety conference as a member of the Dayton/Miami Valley Safety Council.

Eligibility Requirements

In order to be eligible for the BWC Rebate Program and the savings it has to offer for this fiscal year, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. Your company must become a member of the Dayton/Miami Valley Safety Council by July 31, 2022.
  2. Your company must complete the FY23 BWC New Enrollment Form by July 31, 2022.
  3. Your company must send a representative to a minimum of ten (10) meetings or events hosted by the Dayton/Miami Valley Safety Council. Eight (8) of these MUST be attended through the Safety Council, two (2) credits can be obtained through external trainings (excluding online webinars), between July 1, 2022 and June 30, 2023. All Dayton/Miami Valley Safety Council events are held IN-PERSON ONLY on the 3rd Thursday of each month, except for the month of October when our Annual Safety Conference & Symposium takes place.


Forms needed to enroll in the BWC Rebate Program

Please click on the links below to enroll in the Ohio BWC Rebate Program. You must submit both forms to qualify. The first form will create your membership with the Dayton/Miami Valley Safety Council, the second will enroll your business in the BWC Rebate Program.
